Billing Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with NonaEve, you agree to the following terms.
Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Shop Pay. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Pricing
NonaEve reserves the right to change prices at any time. Promotional pricing is valid only for the duration of the promotion.
Taxes
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. NonaEve is not responsible for duties, customs fees, or import taxes for international orders.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us at hello@nonaeve.com within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to make it right.
Physical Products
Your card will be charged at the time of order. If an item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
Subscriptions & Recurring Charges
NonaEve does not currently offer subscription services. All purchases are one-time transactions.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving any issue fairly and promptly.
