Digital Products — All Sales Final
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final once the file has been delivered. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at hello@nonaeve.com and we'll resolve it promptly.

Physical Products — Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on physical items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email hello@nonaeve.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
